Easy Returns

As per art. 64 Decr. leg. 6/09/2005, n. 206 and Decr. Leg. 21/022014 n. 21 (Consumer Regulations), the consumer has the right to cancel the Contract, within 14 days, without giving any reason, without costs or penalties.
To exercise this cancellation right, you must notify to Emanuela S.r.l. of your decision by making a clear statement within 14 days from the day on which you takes physical possession of the products, as exemplified in the facsimile below.

Return

Once received your cancelation request, our customer service will quickly provide to the Customer the instructions for the return of the goods. The customer must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days from the cancelation notification to Emanuela S.r.l.
Shipping costs to return the goods are at the expense of the Customer.

The goods must be return in their entirety and intact, with all accessories and prospective spare parts, in their original package, complete in all the parts (including documentation, wrapping, ecc...).
The Customer can handle the goods in order to evaluate the nature, the features and the working mode but is responsible of the decreased value of the goods consequent to a handling with different aim.

Reimbursement

If the Customer cancel the Contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs of delivery where you have chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) from the day we have received back from you any products supplied. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless differently arranged with the Customer itself; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
In the event of damage of the goods during transportation, Emanuela S.r.l. will notify the Customer (within 5 days from the day of the delivery to the warehouse), in order to allow the Customer to press charge against the courier and obtain reimbursement of the value of the product (if insured); if this event occurs, the product will be available to be returned to the Customer and at the same time the cancelation request will be annulled.
Emanuela S.r.l. is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of the goods returned with non-insured transportation; at the arrival (in the warehouse), the product will be examined to evaluate possible damages or tampering not due to the transportation.
